We celebrate the art of ramen making, the philosophy behind it, and bring together local talents, international chefs and ramen lovers from all over the world.

At the same time, we see ourselves as a window into Japanese culture and cuisine and by now, we offer much more than only ramen.

This event has become much more than just a festival.

It is a gathering where flavors and traditions meet, and where people can immerse themselves in a cultural experience that resonates long after the bowls are empty.

The Berlin Ramen Society is a platform and community for everyone who loves great food, Japanese food culture and culinary discovery.

We connect people, organize events around ramen and create a stage for chefs, restaurants and creative food projects.

For us, it’s not just about ramen as a dish, but about the culture behind it – the craft, the ingredients, the stories and the people who carry it forward.

Food Events & Get-Togethers

Beyond the festival, Berlin Ramen Society regularly hosts pop-ups, tastings and special food events.

We collaborate with chefs, restaurants and partners to explore new ideas around ramen, fermentation and Japanese food culture.

Each get-together is a new opportunity to explore, taste and experience culture together.

Stay tuned for upcoming events and culinary experiments.

Products & new ideas

Beyond events, we are also developing our own products and new projects around ramen and Japanese food culture.
